In 2024, I collaborated with a senior leader to prototype an AI-driven email management system designed to enhance productivity during his commute. This simple yet effective tool leveraged ChatGPT’s AI app conversation function with a Zapier backend to streamline email prioritization and response drafting.

Challenge The leader faced several challenges related to email management:

• High email volume, making it difficult to identify priority messages.
